The wife of the president, Aisha Muhammaudu Buhari has condoled with Mrs. Pauline Tallen, former deputy governor of Plateau State, over the death of her husband, John Tallen. Mrs Buhari, in a statement by her spokesman, Suleiman Haruna, described the deceased as an elder statesman whose contributions to national development would not be forgotten. The president's wife was said to have spoken during a condolence visit to the home of the late statesman in Abuja on Tuesday. She prayed God repose Tallen's soul and give the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss. Mrs. Buhari was also said to have earlier visited the home of Engr. Buba Galadima for condolences over the death of his son, Aliyu.
